House Majority Policy Committee to Hold Job Creation Hearing in Jim Thorpe on Tuesday
WHAT: Rep. Tarah Toohil (R-Luzerne) will join Rep. Doyle Heffley (R-Carbon) at a public hearing of the House Majority Policy Committee he is hosting to discuss workforce development, economic issues and job creation in the region and how state government can help the private sector to spur growth. The hearing will include three panel discussions focusing on emerging and re-emerging industries and opportunities for job creation.
